About the School of
Pricing Real Estate Competitively
|
History |
Purpose and Mission |
|
The "Competitive Pricing" method of determining the competitive market value of
any property in any area was originated in 1978 by Kerry Bodily, Broker, and
practiced quietly by several real estate professionals for several years. The
concept was self published by Kerry D. Bodily in 2003 by the book, "How to Price
and Value Real Estate in a Competitive Market," followed by another book published by Gabriel Publishing in 2007 with two different
titles, "How the Real Estate Market Really Works Price-Value," and "Pricing Real
Estate Competitively in Any Market." These books are approved and recommended by
the CRS Council of NAR. The school was established in 2007 by creating this
web site and appointing a Council of highly experienced and recognized real
estate professionals.
The Competitive Pricing Specialist (CPS) professional designation was created
to recognize and reward enrollees who understand the Competitive Pricing method
and meet the requirements of the school.
|
Our purpose is to promote the Competitive Pricing concept to the general public
and everyone in the real estate industry. The book is the source and basis of
all products and services offered by the school.
The 2007 published books are available on the school's
Public Shopping Cart.
